This poster focused on the fifth centenary of the conquest of Malaga by the Catholic Kings. The artist plays with the composition and the characters, reflecting the image of the Catholic Kings with the painting "Jacqueline with Flowers" (see last picture) made by Pablo Picasso in 1956, by the way, this artist was born in Malaga.
What is "Feria de Málaga" in Spain?
Every year in August, Malaga is getting ready for its biggest summer festival of the year: Malaga Feria. It is a week long fiesta celebrating Spanish culture and traditions, full of dancing, eating and drinking. There is nothing more Spanish or Andalusian than Feria.
