Young Woman at a Window/Dali. Spain.

Original Spanish poster to promote cultural Spanish tourism through a work of art by Salvador Dalí

Scene depicts “Young Woman at a Window” (also known as Girl at a Window or Muchacha en la Ventana), from 1925. The painting depicts Dalí's sister, Anna Maria, seen from behind as she gazes out of a window overlooking the sea at Cadaqués. This work is a realist piece from Dalí's early period, before his strong engagement with Surrealism. The original painting is housed in the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid, Spain.

You can see Jon Miró's sun in the right bottom corner (last picture). It is the first abstract symbol that has been used to identify a country. A simple drawing, with quick strokes and in three colors, yellow, red and black, has served to turn this image into one of Miró's most recognized works.
