Held in Barcelona from December 6th to 15th, 1968, at the Palacios de las Naciones y Ferial, the event was part of a broader series of industrial exhibitions in Spain during that decade.
The artwork is a hallmark of mid-century Spanish graphic design, utilizing a bold, minimalist aesthetic. It features a striking pink droplet containing a stylized molecular structure, contrasted against a neutral background and clean, sans-serif typography. This specific design is historically significant enough to be preserved in the permanent collection of the Museu del Disseny de Barcelona, where it represents the professionalization of the graphic design trade in Spain between 1940 and 1980.
